WhatsApp chat translate languages According to a recent report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp is contemplating the implementation of a new feature that would allow users to opt for automatic translation of all chat messages. This feature is expected to be introduced in an upcoming app update while maintaining end-to-end encryption by processing messages on the user’s device. Consequently, WhatsApp will need to download specific language packs to facilitate message translation. Initially, upon the launch of this feature, only a limited number of language translation options will be available. Similar to voice note transcriptions, the supported languages at the beginning will include English, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, and Hindi. However, there is a possibility for additional languages to be incorporated in future updates.
