Anurag Kashyap is a renowned filmmaker recognized for his internationally acclaimed works such as ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ and ‘Kennedy’, is set to release his next production, ‘Little Thomas’. The film stars Gulshan Devaiah and Rasika Dugal in leading roles, alongside child artist Hridansh Parekh. In addition to Kashyap, the film is supported by Ranjan Singh, Rajnikant Oza, Charu Oza, Anushka Shah, and Kabir Ahuja.In ‘Little Thomas’, Kashyap was captivated by the creative vision of the National Award-winning director Kaushal Oza. Oza is making his directorial debut with the film. Little thomas plot The story revolves around the tragi-comic endeavors of a seven-year-old boy to reunite his parents and have a younger sibling. Set in the 1990s in Goa, the movie centers around Thomas, the sole child of his parents, who yearns for a younger sibling. According to the film’s summary, Thomas learns that in order to have a baby brother, his parents must share a kiss. Witnessing his parents’ constant arguments preventing them from kissing, Thomas decides to take matters into his own hands and orchestrates a plan to make them reconcile and perform the affectionate act. This upcoming film will signify Kashyap’s comeback to children’s cinema following his work on the animated movie ‘Return of Hanuman’ in 2007. Reflecting on this return, Kashyap mentioned, “It has indeed been a considerable time. Perhaps I was awaiting a compelling children’s film script to cross my path. Crafting an authentic children’s film is quite challenging, hence it is imperative to ensure that the script is of high quality before proceeding with production.”
