Elvish Yadav responded to the viral video of him and others beating up the YouTuber Sagar Thakur at a clothing store in Delhi. He won Bigg boss OTT 2 and is a social media influencer.
Elvish clarification on this allegations
Elvish wrote on Instagram “First plan and play victim. My side of the story which everyone should know. Ram Ram,” which seems to imply he feels Sagar was pretending to be the victim.In a video on Instagram, Elvish alleged that Sagar had threatened to harm him and his family. He claimed Sagar told him over the phone “I will burn you and your family members alive” when Elvish had asked Sagar to come over to talk about their issues.Elvish said these violent comments against his family made him very angry. In the video he also asked people watching if someone said such harmful things about their family, how would they react.“Would you give them a match and tell them to go ahead and burn you and your family alive? Wouldn’t you get angry?” Elvish asked in the Instagram video, implying this is why he and the others beat up Sagar at the store.

He said Thakur had been trolling him online for 8 months, and Yadav recently started responding casually.Yadav wanted to talk to Thakur to understand why he kept poking fun and clear the air.Yadav invited Thakur to his office to talk, but Thakur was scared so he suggested meeting at a friend’s garments shop instead.Yadav agreed to meet there. During the fight, Yadav claims his friends tried to calm the situation by asking Thakur to stop, unlike what Thakur said.Many people online called Yadav names and made hashtags without hearing both sides, according to Yadav.He said both sides of the story deserve to be heard.Thakur alleges Yadav tried to break his spine and disable him during the attack seen in the viral video.Thakur questions why police filed the FIR under bailable sections, suggesting the government protects “criminals”, if the evidence shows attempted murder.The fight started after Thakur mocked Yadav online for pictures with Munawar Faruqui, whom Yadav had criticized before. Yadav and Thakur then met where the fight occurred and was recorded.
