ICICI Bank will make some changes in some rules. Know the details below; ICICI Bank has made some changes to the fees they charge for certain services. These changes will start next month. Some of the things that have changed. It includes the fees for getting a checkbook and doing IMPS transactions. ICICI Bank new rules The new fee schedule has some important points to note. For example, if you have a debit card from ICICI Bank, you will have to pay ₹200 every year if you use it at regular locations. If you use it at Gramin locations, the fee will be ₹99. These changes will start on May 1, 2024, according to the ICICI Bank’s website. Debit card rules Annual fee for regular locations is ₹200 and for Gramin locations is ₹99. Cheque Books You won’t be charged for the first 25 cheque leaves every year. After that, it’s ₹4 per leaf with a maximum of ₹25,000 for the transaction. Cash Transaction Charges At your Home Branch: You get 3 free cash transactions per month, after which it’s ₹150 per transaction. If you go beyond ₹1 lakh per month, you’ll be charged ₹5 per ₹1,000 or ₹150, whichever is higher. At a Non-Home Branch: For transactions over ₹25,000 per day, it’s ₹5 per ₹1,000 or ₹150, whichever is higher. Third-party cash transactions will cost you ₹150 each, with a maximum of ₹25,000.
● Starting May 1st, 2024, you will be charged for certain banking services like DD/PO Cancellation, Duplicate, and Revalidation at ₹100 per instance.
IMPS Outward transactions Up to ₹1,000: ₹2.50 per transaction – ₹1,001 to ₹25,000: ₹5 per transaction
– Above ₹25,000 to ₹5 lakh: ₹15 per transaction
● Account closure, Debit Card PIN regeneration, Debit Card de-hotlisting, Balance Certificate, Interest Certificate, Retrieval of old transactional documents, and Enquiries related to old records have no charges.
● For services like Photo attestation and Signature attestation, the charge is ₹100 per application/letter.
● Address confirmation, Inoperative account, and Lien marking and unmarking of savings account have no charges.
● Stop Payment charges for a particular cheque are ₹100, while Stop Payment Charges for ECS are not applicable.
● Locker Rent charges vary based on locker size and branch location.
