Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z has finally launched at 1.85 lakh. Find the details below; The Bajaj Pulsar NS400Z shares the liquid-cooled, 373cc, single-cylinder engine with the Dominar. It produces 40hp at 8,800rpm and 35Nm at 6,500rpm.

Bajaj states that the NS400Z can reach a top speed of 154kph. The bike also features a 6-speed gearbox setup and slip-and-assist clutch. Unlike the Dominar 400, the Pulsar NS400Z has an underbelly exhaust muffler, like the NS200.

The NS400Z is equipped with a 43mm USD fork in gold and a preload-adjustable monoshock to handle suspension duties. For braking, it features a 320mm front disc paired with a 4-piston Grimeca axial caliper, as well as a 230mm rear disc. With a fully filled 12 litre fuel tank, the NS400Z weighs 174kg, which is 19 kilos lighter than the Dominar. Additionally, it offers an accessible seat height of 805mm, making it suitable for shorter riders. The NS400Z stands out with its tyre sizes of 110/70-17 (front) and 140/70-17 (rear), being one of only two 40hp bikes to have a 140-section rear tyre, the other being the Yamaha R3.The Pulsar NS400Z has a really cool headlight that stands out, with a central LED projector headlight and two lightning bolt-shaped DRLs on each side. The tank extensions are sharp too, and the overall design of the NS400Z is super edgy.

There are 4 riding modes on the Pulsar NS400Z (Sport, Road, Rain Offroad), along with 3 levels of traction control and switchable dual-channel ABS (only in Off-road mode). All these features are controlled through a color LCD dash.It looks similar to the smaller air-cooled Pulsar models. The only difference is the small screen on the right that displays navigation data, lets riders control music, and even has a lap timer. The switchgear is new too, with adjustable brake and clutch levers.

Deliveries are expected to start in the first week of June for the Pulsar NS400Z.
