The issue has resulted in the cancellation of 74 flights that were scheduled for Thursday. On Wednesday night, notices of termination were given to the thirty crew members. A meeting between the airline management and the protesting crew members is scheduled for today at 2:00 pm in Delhi, according to Regional Labour Commissioner Ashok Perumalla.

The crew members were scheduled for a flight on Tuesday but called in sick at the last minute. The Air India spokesperson mentioned that they have arranged all necessary resources and Air India will assist by operating on 20 routes. However, 74 flights have been canceled, and they advise passengers to check if their flight is affected before going to the airport. If their flight is canceled or delayed for more than three hours, passengers can choose to get a full refund or reschedule without any charges. The spokesperson also stated that they will continue to address concerns with their cabin crew colleagues, but they are taking action against specific individuals who have caused significant inconvenience to their guests.
