The death toll in the recent Mansa Devi temple stampede rose to nine on Wednesday with another person dying at AIIMS, Rishikesh. Phoolmati, 55, a resident of Barabanki in Uttar Pradesh was seriously injured in the stampede and was referred to the AIIMS from the district hospital in critical condition. The Maharashtra consumer commission has held Wockhardt Hospitals, Nashik, guilty of deficiency in service for delay in shifting a young patient to the ICU, which led to his death. Eight-fold rise in cybercrime cases against children from 2018 to 2022: Govt. The number of cybercrime cases against children has seen a nearly eight-fold jump from 232 in 2018 to 1,823 in 2022, the Lok Sabha was informed on Tuesday.
