NCB is looking for a Mexican national, suspected to be a member of the Cartel De Jalisco Nueva Generacion, who had been living in Delhi. The Narcotics Control Bureau on Tuesday said it has busted a clandestine methamphetamine manufacturing laboratory linked to members of the Mexican drug cartel – Cartel De Jalisco Nueva Generacion.
