He had previously been questioned by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Mumbai Police regarding this case.His arrest followed the rejection of his plea for pre-arrest bail by the Bombay High Court.Sahil Khan is also a partner in ‘The Lotus Book App’. He actively promoted the website. He attended their events, and even launched ‘Lotus Book 24/7’ as a partner.The Mumbai Police Special Investigation Team (SIT) is currently looking into the alleged illegal activities. Some financial and real estate companies in Maharashtra are involved in this scam. Police are specifically focusing on the connection between these firms and the people behind the Mahadev betting app. Sahil Khan, along with 31 others including Saurabh Chandrakar and Ravi Upal, are being closely monitored by the police. The investigation includes checking their bank accounts, laptops, mobile phones, and other technical devices. Sahil Khan is known for his roles in movies like ‘Style’ and ‘Excuse Me’. He has now shifted his focus to becoming a fitness expert.As of now, one person has already been arrested in relation to this case. The investigation is still ongoing. According to the First Information Report (FIR) filed, the scam is estimated to be worth around Rs 15,000 crore.
