Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa was detained by the police today. He was detained for questioning regarding his suspected involvement in the murder of a man. Along with Darshan, his wife Pavithra Gowda and 10 others have also been placed in police custody in relation to the case.

Authorities are currently investigating whether the actor played a direct role in the murder or was part of a larger scheme.
